Worldview was founded in 2018 with a mission to overcome intergenerational disadvantage for First Nations people through holistic life and employment programs. And since our founding, we’ve worked tirelessly alongside WV Technologies, creating over 200 Indigenous jobs and empowering all of the Indigenous young people who have passed through our programs.

We’ve got many exciting things planned for 2026 and beyond, with huge opportunities for expansion and even more capacity. Our strategic plan for 2026-2028 details a renewed commitment to our vision and purpose, alongside detailing the myriad of exciting opportunities in our future.
