We proudly celebrated Bam’s graduation from our Worldview Intensive (Holistic Employment Pathways) program 🎉 as he has secured a full-time role with Develop Mining as a Field Assistant on the Woodlawn Zinc-Copper Project which is an incredible milestone and the start of a promising career in the mining industry. Bam describes this as his “golden opportunity,” with long-term goals of working interstate as a FIFO professional.

Our support doesn’t stop here. Over at least the next six months, Bam will continue to receive guidance from one of our Aboriginal mentors as he transitions into the workforce.

Pictured front and centre, Bam is being celebrated by our team members Albert and Warren, who are excited to see him grow and to welcome him into our Worldview Intensive Alumni Network with more than 200 other Intensive Program graduates, where he’ll both contribute to and benefit from ongoing peer support.
