Great to have Huntah drop back in in to the Worldview Foundation warehouse in Hume to say hello to the team this week, just five months after completing our Intensive Pathways Program 👊🏾

Since graduating, Huntah has successfully transitioned into civil construction and is making a strong impact on site. Feedback from his employer has consistently highlighted him as a reliable, punctual, hardworking team member and it was even better hearing directly from Huntah that he’s genuinely enjoying the work and thriving in his role.

A key milestone in Huntah’s journey was also obtaining his driver’s licence through our Driver Program, delivered in partnership with @RoadReadyACT and @Calleo — opening up access to employment and greater independence.

This is what it’s all about.

Huntah’s journey reflects the strength of collaboration, with @YaraCo and @TafeNSW supporting the delivery of the Certificate III in Civil Construction, alongside our Driver Program partnerships helping remove barriers to employment.
