Providing pathways for Indigenous Australians
Worldview Pathways is a profit-for-purpose, majority Indigenous-owned social enterprise that partners with local businesses to create meaningful employment opportunities for Indigenous workers. We provide tailored placement and transition support, helping people succeed across industries including construction, landscaping, facilities management, hospitality, and IT.
So far, 145 participants have been placed through Pathways.
Currently, Pathways is partnered exclusively with WV Technologies to place participants. This partnership focuses on providing meaningful employment opportunities and transitional support, helping participants gain industry-relevant skills and experience.
For Employers
By partnering with us, businesses and employers gain access to a pool of pre-screened, trained, and motivated workers, and ongoing support from Worldview Foundation to manage participants and provide mentoring plans.
