Engage 2026 – Week 3, Semester 1
Week 3 focused on leadership, behaviour, and accountability through a Keystone Australia session at PCYC Queanbeyan.
Students took part in a range of team challenges that required communication, trust, and problem solving, including blindfold activities and group coordination tasks. The session explored important concepts such as leadership, peer influence, and personal responsibility, helping students reflect on how their actions impact others. While the day presented some behavioural challenges, it also created real opportunities for learning. Facilitators were able to address issues around respect, teamwork, and group dynamics in real time.
These moments are a key part of the Engage Program, using real situations to build awareness, accountability, and positive change moving forward.
This program is supported by the Australian Government under the Youth Empowerment Program.
