On Friday 27th of February at our Worldview sites in Brisbane and Canberra, we held simultaneous graduation ceremonies with a celebratory lunchtime barbecue for our most recent participants successful completion of our two-week Breakthrough Course.

General Manager of Worldview Foundation, Dave Witham said of the course, “We’ve been incredibly fortunate to find such an outstanding group of young men in both locations. Both groups have fantastic work ethics and positive attitudes and we now look forward to bringing them into the Worldview Family and working with them over the next 6-months as they undertake our Intensive (Holistic Employment Pathways) Program.”

The two-week course is more than just a job readiness program, it’s a holistic course designed to help participants build the foundations they’ll need as they move through life. To have two groups graduate from the group simultaneously across different locations speaks to their resilience, hard work, and willingness to start laying the foundations.

Many of the participants will go onto undertake the Intensive Program, which upon completion will lead them into further success by way of career focus and a meaningful full-time job, with the added bonus of ongoing mentor support for a further 6-months as they navigate the workforce and their new life.
