Worldview & ETC ltd Deliver the First Breakthrough Program in Brisbane
Over four powerful days, Worldview Foundation mentors Albert Barker and Warren Bingwa worked alongside a group of participants who were not only receptive, but genuinely engaged, reflective, and willing to lean into the process.
Our Breakthrough program is designed to challenge thinking, build accountability, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect individuals to purpose. What stood out most about this particular cohort was their openness. They recognised the relevance of the material to their own backgrounds and current circumstances, and they met each session with honesty and courage.
The quality of participation was exceptional.
From goal setting and mindset shifts to discussions around leadership, responsibility, family, and employment readiness, the group showed maturity, respect and a strong desire to move forward.
We were extremely impressed by the calibre of this cohort. Based on their engagement, attitude and commitment, we believe Worldview Foundation Brisbane will benefit enormously from this group. Attitude-wise, they are ready — and we look forward to hopefully seeing the full group transition into the Brisbane Worldview Pathways Intensive Employment Program.
A special thank you to ETC Strathpine for their strong partnership — providing the majority of referrals, a quality facility, and a supportive environment that allowed this program to be delivered effectively.
We also want to acknowledge APM for contributing referrals and supporting the pathway forward.
In particular, thank you to Liani from ETC for coordinating everything behind the scenes and ensuring the week ran seamlessly. And a heartfelt acknowledgement to esteemed Elder Aunty Dee, whose presence and cultural guidance added depth and meaning to the experience.
When people are met with structure, belief and high expectations — they rise.
Brisbane, thank you for having us. The future is strong.
